Shipping Information

Upon successful registration, the user shall be asked for an address, which the customer may then provide to DakPets as a delivery address when purchasing Products. Such Products are to be subsequently delivered by us to the address designated by the customer ("Shipment Address").

All Shipment Addresses once confirmed on the Site are final and may not be varied. Customer agrees to routing and diversion of the Shipment, including the possibility that the Shipment may be carried via intermediate stopping places.

Shipments will be delivered to the Shipment Address, to your nominated recipient.

If the recipient refuses delivery or the recipient cannot be reasonably identified or located, we shall use as efforts to return the Shipment to DakPets at the customer's cost, failing which the Shipment may be released, disposed of or sold by us without incurring any liability whatsoever to customer or anyone else.

We will make every reasonable effort to ship out the parcel according to our regular delivery schedules, which is normally on the next business day immediately after full payment of the shipping charges, but these are not guaranteed and are not binding. We are not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays.
